You accept these terms by using IntelliBowl, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan.

• · At signup/login, use of the service indicates agreement to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• · At checkout, purchase indicates agreement to these terms, including billing and refund terms.

Service description

IntelliBowl provides AI-assisted dog nutrition guidance based on dog profile inputs and product data. Free users can access recommendation outputs; paid users can access expanded wellness plan features.

No veterinary advice

IntelliBowl is for informational purposes only and is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for therapeutic, prescription, or condition-specific diet decisions.

Accounts and user obligations

• · You must provide accurate information and keep account access secure.
• · You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
• · You may not use IntelliBowl for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• · We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Payments, refunds, and billing

• · Paid features are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.
• · Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• · Prices may change prospectively and will be shown before checkout.
• · Paid plan access is typically delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• · If access is not delivered, contact hello@shahlabs.org within 7 days and we will re-deliver access or issue a refund when appropriate.
• · Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase with the account email and checkout reference.
• · Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

Affiliate relationships

IntelliBowl may earn commission from qualifying purchases through affiliate links. Affiliate compensation does not determine recommendation ranking. See our Disclosure page for details.

Intellectual property

IntelliBowl, including site content, branding, software, and recommendation framework, is owned by Shah Labs LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

IntelliBowl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for your dog.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shah Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of IntelliBowl.

Results disclaimer

Dog outcomes vary by breed, health status, environment, adherence, and many other factors outside our control. IntelliBowl does not guarantee specific health, behavior, or performance outcomes.

Termination

You may stop using IntelliBowl at any time. We may suspend or terminate service access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security reasons.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state of Shah Labs LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law. If arbitration is not enforceable for a claim, exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in the same state as Shah Labs LLC's principal place of business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised terms on this page.
