• · Pet profile information (for example, breed, age, weight, activity, health context, and ingredient constraints) used to generate recommendations and plans.
• · Session and usage data (for example, log data, page interactions, and device/browser metadata) to operate and improve the product.
• · Affiliate click attribution data when you click outbound merchant links.
• · Payment metadata (for example, transaction status and IDs) from Stripe. We do not store full card details.

How we use data

• · Provide and secure IntelliBowl services and user sessions.
• · Generate personalized dog nutrition recommendations and paid plans.
• · Send product notifications, support responses, and optional marketing communications.
• · Measure and improve site performance, product experience, and recommendation quality.
• · Prevent abuse and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

What we do not do

• · We do not sell your data to third parties.
• · We do not use your personal or pet profile data for model training.
• · We do not share your dog's profile data with food brands or advertisers.
• · We do not use your data to serve you targeted advertising.

Third-party processors

• · Supabase (infrastructure, storage, and authentication support)
• · Stripe (payment processing)
• · Resend (email delivery)
• · OpenAI (AI generation services used to produce plan outputs)

We share data with processors only as needed to provide and operate IntelliBowl.

Data retention

• · Account and profile data: while account is active, then generally up to 30 days after verified deletion request.
• · Pet profile and recommendation data: while needed for service delivery, then generally up to 30 days after verified deletion request.
• · Product usage logs/events: up to 24 months.
• · Support communications: up to 24 months.
• · Payment/transaction records: up to 7 years where required for tax/accounting/legal compliance.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications.

California residents may have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Cookies and tracking

IntelliBowl uses essential cookies for authentication/session integrity and may use analytics or attribution technologies to understand product usage and affiliate performance.

You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may impact site functionality.

California residents may have rights under CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain data sale or sharing practices when applicable.

Children's privacy

IntelliBowl is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
